TOUR COSTS ARE PER PERSON & INCLUDE:
  • United air travel Sydney or Melbourne to Hayden, including Australian departure tax, airport taxes, fuel surcharges and other known charges.  Tour cost based on United K Class, see Air Travel supplements below.
  • Seven nights stay at The Steamboat Grand Resort includes taxes and service charges.
  • Return transportation between Hayden and Steamboat.
  • 6 day lift pass at Steamboat.

TOUR COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE:

Conference registration fees, meals, single room supplements, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, ski hire and lessons, currency adjustment or individual transfer supplements.

CHILD COSTS:

Special childrens costs vary with age and number sharing apartments.

AIR TRAVEL SUPPLEMENTS:
  • Qantas Economy - Flights are very heavily booked at this time.  Travelplan will quote supplements for Qantas flights based on your travel dates.
  • Qantas Business Class - Special Early Booking fare - book and pay by 31 August.
  • United Economy - Tour cost based on United K Class seats.  We have blocks of K Class seats on flights departing 3 and 6 January.
  • United Business Class.  Add $5,576 per adult.
